Qt copyrights are now in The Qt Company, so we could update the source
code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to
point to qt.io.

Earlier Qt input hints ImhEmailCharactersOnly and
ImhUrlCharactersOnly were handled in Symbian by function
CAknEdwinState::SetSpecialCharacterTableResourceId.
Along with the new QML touch input any support for this
mechanism has apparently ceased, and the input hint
has no effect. To get '/' to the first page of url editor
virtual keyboard, or '@' to the first page of email editor
virtual keyboard, one has to use function
CAknEdwinState::SetExtensionFlags instead.
Smileys are disabled when these hints are set.

- Replace Nokia contact email address with Qt Project website.
- Remove "All rights reserved" line from license headers.
As in the past, to avoid rewriting various autotests that contain
line-number information, an extra blank line has been inserted at the
end of the license text to ensure that this commit does not change the
total number of lines in the license header.

QCoeFepInputContext::mouseHandler() must report pointer events to FEP
by calling CAknExtendedInputCapabilities::ReportEventL(
CAknExtendedInputCapabilities::MAknEventObserver::
EPointerEventReceived).
Based on this event FEP commits inline edit properly and sends
notification peninputserver/VKB. Earlier QCoeFepInputContext::
mouseHandler() called CCoeFep::CancelTransaction() direclty
which lead to inconsistent inline edit state between FEP and VKB.

Native side editor state sync request was added into
QCoeFepInputContext::CancelFepInlineEdit method to fix QTBUG-20919:
text prediction word list/bubble didn't disappear from TextArea/
TextField after a tap and the issue was fixed with the sync request.
However Symbian AknFEP was changed in Belle FP1 release so that this
sync request is no longer needed to get rid of the exact word bubble
when inline editing is canceled with a tap and it can actually
currently lead to a crash in the native side with certain input methods
as AknFEP doesn't expect FEP-aware text editors to request editor state
sync within MCoeFepAwareTextEditor::CancelFepInlineEdit call.
Thus the sync request should be made only with older Symbian releases.

Symbian AknFEP doesn't return backspace keypresses to the editor if
the editor is empty. This causes problems for multiline editors,
because AknFEP can only see one line at a time. This issue has been
previously fixed by change a2709ef3f4410a1d1755e00353e6f969f8bb5613 so
that QCoeFepInputContext::DocumentLengthForFep returns lenght as 1
for empty lines. The fix was then refined by change
0ffd7fcc78e27f9184a6f1ee5a8a9cc5e6266998 so that the length is altered
only when the editor has multiple lines.
After the latest change, if a custom QML editor didn't have a lineCount
property, the code assumed it has only one line. This caused problems
for some custom multiline editors. This change alters the behaviour so
that if the code can't get the linecount from the editor, it assumes it
has multiple lines. This reverts the code to behave like before change
0ffd7fcc78e27f9184a6f1ee5a8a9cc5e6266998 for such custom QML editors.

This happens in FlightInfo app when menu is opened, editor lost focus
and Fep manager looks for focused editor to do ccpu related tasks.
It also has some partially regression from fix
a2709ef3f4410a1d1755e00353e6f969f8bb5613. The regression is fixed in
QCoeFepInputContext::DocumentLengthForFep by returning size to 1 only
for multiline editors with no text and multiple lines presented.
And also set focused editor to last focused editor when Menu
is opened.
Opening EditOptions shows blank window if virtual keyboard is never
open before. This is because 'm_lastFocusedEditor' is null and it
will set to last focused editor only when virtual keyboard open.
Fixed in QCoeFepInputContext::setFocusWidget by setting
'm_lastFocusedEditor' to current editor.
Above fixes causes other issue, Qt application 'actions' are never
added to optionsMenu. This happens because Qt Symbian implementation
assumes that default menu items are less than or equal to one, but
in Qt 4.8.0 CCPU adds one more default menu item (EditOptoins) to
OptionsMenu in addition to 'Writing language' menu item. Fixed by
setting NumberOfItemsInPane<=2 in QS60MainAppUi::DynInitMenuPaneL.

Fixed by not doing any explicit replacement, but instead faking a

The QtQuickPlayground app contains a version of samegame which allow
the user to edit the code. By setting the ball size to 8, the app can
run out of memory. This leaves it in a pretty bad state. But apps
on Symbian shouldn't crash due to OOM and should allow some operation.
This change fixes the immediate OOM crashes in declarative, gui and
corelib. It shows warning dialogs which explain what has gone wrong and
leaves the app in a state that can be exited cleanly
from the Symbian task list.

After 2be143ebb5246bb2f9b674bb09d23df5b2b6c504, if user opts to spell
a word him/herself instead of using the suggested word list, the
result is incorrect. The existing preedit string is committed,
then cursor is moved to the beginning and user written word is
added. E.g. user writes 'tadaa' then selects to spell it again and
writes 'radar', in editor there is 'radartadaa'.
Regression is caused due to storing the cursor pointer even in cases
where there is no stored preedit string.

Current implementation of Symbian input context assumes that predicted
word replacement happens so that the original typed text is at the end
of the surrounded text. The logic fails, if to-be-predicted text is
in the middle of, or in the beginning of another, already accepted
word.
As a fix, input context need to store the original cursor position,
when reset() was called (this happens when word selection list
appears). Input context is already storing a copy of a preedit string
in this situation.
Then, when word replacement happens, this stored cursor position is
used instead of current cursor position (the native side might
temporarily move the cursor to the end when word selection list opens
or closes) to replace the typed word with one selected from suggested
word list.
Stored cursor position is dismissed immediately after used, or
if cached preedit string is dismissed.

Copy and Cut actions do not appear in fullscreen VKB menu when a QML
TextEdit or TextInput element is focused and has selected text.
This happens because input method queries for cursor and anchor
position in QCoeFepInputContext::CcpuCanCut() return zero in this case.
It is probably related to focus changes when the options menu pops up.
When menu pops up from native keyboard, window containing the QML
elements is set as non-active, therefore it loses focus widget, which
in turn causes queries about cursor and anchor positions to return zero.
As a workaround, when there is no microfocus available, ask the
"selectedText" property directly from QML elements.

If user changes focus from one item to a new one while the splitview
keyboard is open, the newly focused item is not connected to the
translate() slot. Thus, the item will not be kept "automatically"
visible above the keyboard when cursor position changes.
QCoeFepInputContext now holds a pointer to the last focus item and
disconnects the previous focus item from slot when new focus item
is set. Ensuring the visibility of the focus item needs to be done
asynchronously after reset() has been called from graphics scene,
to ensure that new focus item has been set.
The translation rules have been tweaked to support translation to
both directions (up|down). Previous implementation worked properly
only for upwards translation (new cursor position was assumed to
be lower than the existing one).

Backspace on empty lines of multiline textedits didn't work because
in Symbian the virtual keyboard only gets one block of text at a time,
and there is some internal optimization in FEP that if the document
is empty, backspace doesn't get generated. Fixed by faking document
lenght to be one in cases where it is actually zero, except for password
fields with hidden text, as an extra asterisk would be generated in
those cases. Typically password fields are not multiline so this
shouldn't be a problem.

Prevent syncing with native side, if input capability changes are
pending. Native side seems to be rather touchy about extra events,
and might crash if syncing is requested while handling a capability
change is on-going.
Additionally, only cancel the transaction once. Otherwise cancellation
might lead into loop (since we sync the state with native side) that
eventually causes the application to crash.
