Qt copyrights are now in The Qt Company, so we could update the source
code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to
point to qt.io.

- Replace Nokia contact email address with Qt Project website.
- Remove "All rights reserved" line from license headers.
As in the past, to avoid rewriting various autotests that contain
line-number information, an extra blank line has been inserted at the
end of the license text to ensure that this commit does not change the
total number of lines in the license header.

Simple search and replace. This commit doesn't touch 3rd-party files,
nor translations (where the change is not so simple and will be handled
in a separate commit).

Bug introduced by f54c5d9133d7aa7636988db36fa6cc51d26434b6. The release
statement has to come before the return statement :)

There were a few bugs in the DirectWrite font engine that caused
transformed text to break.
First of all, alphaMapForGlyph() ignored the transform, so no gray
antialiased text would be transformed.
Second of all, the imageForGlyph() function would use the wrong
bounding box for the rasterized glyph, causing its positioning to
become a little bit off when rotating. The fix is to get the bounding
box from the system and add a margin to this instead of trying to predict
how it will appear after the vertical hinting etc. has been applied.
So that the positioning metrics are in sync with the actual metrics used
by the alphaMap* functions, we also need to implement the
alphaMapBoundingBox() function.

Moved the logic to set pixel size into the font engines to avoid
making the platform plugin interface too complex, and added a function
in QPA to make an isolated font engine based on font data. Currently
none of the QPA back-ends supports it, but it compiles and spits out
a warning if you try to create a QRawFont from data there. This isn't
used in QtQuick2 anyway.

The QGlyphs API was initially attempted with a bastardization of
QFont which was meant to encapsulate a single, physical font
instance (a QFontEngine) where a set of glyph indexes would make
sense. This is not how QFont was intended to be used, and it caused
several issues. At the same time, the requirement for loading a
font from ttf/otf data and be able to access it and use it without
polluting the rest of the process with the font arose. To support
these two APIs we introduce QRawFont, which is an abstraction on
top of a single physical font.

The code that converted DirectWrite's output to grayscale in
alphaMapForGlyph() had a bunch of copy-paste errors and had obviously
not been tested properly. We invert the input to the gamma function to
get the right curve and then invert the output back. See windows
font engine for comparison.

Make a font engine for subpixel positioned text on Windows Vista
(with platform update) and Windows 7. If selected during
configuration, the engine will be selected only when the hinting
preference of a font is set to None or Vertical hinting. The font
database uses most of the same logic but creates a direct write
font based on the LOGFONT rather than a GDI handle.
The engine is currently regarded as experimental, meaning that code
using it should do substantial testing to make sure it covers their
use cases.
