Make it possible to disable the PrintSupport module
Introduce the 'printsupport' feature to control whether the PrintSupport
module is built.
[ChangeLog][QtPrintSupport] Building of QtPrintSupport can be disabled
by passing -no-feature-printsupport to configure.
