configure: remove support for obsolete platforms
- #error hack for MIPSpro compiler from unix/clock-*
- irix exclusions from unix/*iconv
- hpux defines from unix/{getifaddrs,ipv6ifname} (the obsolete
hpuxi-g++-64 spec would add them automatically anyway)
