Widgets/GraphicsView examples: cleanup
Cleanup GraphicsView examples with the help of clang-tidy
- modernize-use-nullptr
- modernize-use-default-member-init
- modernize-use-override.IgnoreDestructors
- Some QList -> QVector changes
- use nullptr
- use normalized includes, remove unused includes
- fix style
