Adjust permissions.prf plist path handling
Few tweaks:
- Remove extra closing parenthesis
- Use absolute paths as the exists() checks & other plist path
uses are relative to the permissions.prf location
- Use the plist path with PlistBuddy instead of the variable
from .pro file
