Add support for the Jalali (Solar Hijri or Persian) calendar
This has its own locale data, extracted from CLDR.
[ChangeLog][QtCore][QCalendar] Added support for the Jalali (Persian
or Solar Hijri) calendar, controlled by feature jalalicalendar.
