Add XDG file icon support for UNIX themes
Add helper class XdgFileIconHelper using the icon theme engine
to implement QPlatformTheme::fileIconPixmap().
[ChangeLog][QtPlatformSupport] KDE/Gnome themes now implement
QPlatformTheme::fileIconPixmap(), showing file icons.
