Cocoa: Enable skipping Ctrl+LMB to RMB override
This can be enabled with QT_MAC_DONT_OVERRIDE_CTRL_LMB=1
environment variable. The goal is to provide consistent
cross-platform input when it's more desirable than full
platform comformance.
