Have XCB/Windows platform integration classes keep their own instance pointer
Through the chain of code called by QPlatformIntegrationFactory::create, there are cases where QGuiApplicationPrivate::platform_integration is accessed (typically through QGuiApplicationPrivate::platformIntegration()) before the call to QPlatformIntegrationFactory::create has returned.
