winrt: Clean up QNativeSocketEngine
WinRT/Windows Phone "coding guidelines" are now used for the native
socket engine as well.
- Whenever an operation is expected to succeed
Q_ASSERT_SUCCEEDED is used.
- QWinRTFunctions::await is used for waiting for async operations
- Improved error handling
