reshuffle path setup
rename MODULE_PROFILE_DIR to MODULE_BASE_INDIR.
force MODULE_BASE_OUTDIR to be always the shadow of the above.
rename MODULE_BASE_DIR to MODULE_SYNCQT_DIR (the former is still
recognized for backwards compat with webkit).
the idea behind these changes is making the variable names and override
possibilities reflect their actual use.
