QStyle: deprecate PM_DialogButtons* enums
The threee enumerations
- PM_DialogButtonsSeparator
- PM_DialogButtonsButtonWidth
- PM_DialogButtonsButtonHeight
Are not documented since Qt3 times and also not used anywhere. Therefore
deprecated them and remove the logic to handle them.
