QFormLayout: Remove internal, unused functions
Found by the Intel Compiler 17 Beta on Windows:
qformlayout.cpp(68): error #177: function "<unnamed>::FixedColumnMatrix<T,
NumColumns>::addRow [with T=QFormLayoutItem *, NumColumns=2]" was declared but never referenced
