qmake: Delegate prefix deduction to QLibraryInfo
Now, that qmake depends on QtCore, we can just ask QLibraryInfo for the
prefix instead of calculating it from QT_CONFIGURE_RELATIVE_PREFIX_PATH.
Remove that define.
