Add a QVkConvenience class with vkFormatFromGlFormat
Converts from OpenGL formats to Vulkan formats.
There are commented out lines for the formats in QOpenGLTexture::TextureFormat
for which it was hard to find an unambiguous mapping to vkFormat.
Task-number: QTBUG-75108
