Moving relevant tests to corelib/kernel
Added Test for qmetaproperty Marked QSocketNotifier Autotest as insignificant. See QTBUG-21204 Marked qtranslator Autotest as insignificant. See QTBUG-21125 Marked corelib/io/qfile/largefile as insignificant.
