Add qFuzzyCompare() and qFuzzyIsNull() overloads for QPointF
Use the new qFuzzyCompare() overload in op==(QPointF, QPointF).
[ChangeLog][QtCore][QPointF] Added qFuzzyCompare() and qFuzzyIsNull()
overloads for QPointF.
