Improve readability of calendrical calculations
Use names that give some clue to the meanings of variables and
constants. Provide some commentary to help the reader. Extract some
functions and constants shared by the Roman-based calendars into a new
namespace in qcalendarmath_p.h
Purge some unnecessary headers in the process.
