Cleanup the drilldown example:
- use icons with the current style
- remove unneeded QOverload<>
- remove some empty lines which don't look good in the documentation
- use Q_SLOTS/Q_SIGNALS instead slots/signals

Examples are usually a good way to get to know a new codebase, do not
teach developers who are new to Qt about the 3-arg connect() to begin
with.
Drive-by changes:
- `this` can't be implicitly captured with [=] in a lambda, instead
capture by reference
- Update docs related to the sqlbrowser example; the overloaded signal
it mentions has been removed in Qt6
- In the sqlbrowser example, rename addConnection() (no-arg) overload to
openNewConnectionDialog, suggested in code review

For qgraphicsitem_cast to work correctly with custom items, one must
reimplement the type() function for each custom QGraphicsItem subclass.
Do that in the example code.

When an archer lets go of the bow-string, she looses an arrow; when
the hounds are straining at their leashes and the handler lets go, he
looses the dogs. It's archaic usage now; we'd normally say "lets
loose", "lets go" or "releases". In any case what was meant here was
that something got lost; a widget loses focus or a network loses its
connection.

Qt copyrights are now in The Qt Company, so we could update the source
code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to
point to qt.io.
Outdated header.LGPL removed (use header.LGPL21 instead)
Old header.LGPL3 renamed to header.LGPL3-COMM to match actual licensing
combination. New header.LGPL-COMM taken in the use file which were
using old header.LGPL3 (src/plugins/platforms/android/extract.cpp)
Added new header.LGPL3 containing Commercial + LGPLv3 + GPLv2 license
combination

In addition,
- Documentation, screenshot updated accordingly
- Corrected aspect ratio when scaling image items in the scene
- Added a gray background with a slight gradient
- Removed Symbian-specific code remnant
