It used to live in QRegularExpression, but as QRegExp gets removed from
Qt Core, the better place for it is to live in the QRegExp docs.
Also marked QRegExp as deprecated in the docs.

Users may get confounded by the "essay" about exact matching.
We now have a function to build a pattern to do exact matching,
just state that that's the solution, end of the story.

We need to override this snippet for the documentation
we generate for Qt for Python, and it is easier to have
it on a separate file.

The sample output from wildcardToRegularExpression was from an earlier
version of the implementation. This patch fixes this.

The API originally proposed was flawed in the sense that the setter
function would use a modified version of the parameter given which would
have make it a black box for the user. This patch fixes that by removing
that setter and providing a static method that will return the pattern
suitably modified to be used by QRegularExpression the same way the
escape method does.
[ChangeLog][Core][QRegularExpression] Implemented support for wildcard
patterns through a static method.

Qt copyrights are now in The Qt Company, so we could update the source
code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to
point to qt.io.
Outdated header.LGPL removed (use header.LGPL21 instead)
Old header.LGPL3 renamed to header.LGPL3-COMM to match actual licensing
combination. New header.LGPL-COMM taken in the use file which were
using old header.LGPL3 (src/plugins/platforms/android/extract.cpp)
Added new header.LGPL3 containing Commercial + LGPLv3 + GPLv2 license
combination

Fixed a couple of typos; also, wrapped the snippets in a main() function,
so that now the snippet file can be compiled
(and therefore the compiler can help us at detecting those typos).

This change fixes most qdoc errors in QtCore. There are about 900 left.
The main thing this change does is moving documentation from qtcore from
/doc/src to /src/corelib/doc.
Other issues resolved are mis-use of qdoc commands.
