QFont, QFontMetrics, QFontMetricsF and QTextLayout constructors
use only const methods of QPaintDevice so there is no reason
for them to require a non-const pointer argument

The new modular configuration system requires one global
header per module, that is included by all other files in
this module.
A similar scheme and naming convention is already being used
for many other modules (e.g. printsupport, qml, quick).
That header will later on #include the configuration file
for Qt Gui. For now it defines the Q_GUI_EXPORT macro for
this library.
In addition, add a private global header, qtguiglobal_p.h,
that can later on include the private config header for
Qt Gui for things we don't want to export to the world.

These are already held in QVectors.
Public API types need to wait until Qt 6, for BC reasons. Even
though Q_RELOCATABLE_TYPE deals with most of them, we lack a way
to mark a type as primitive, but still isStatic - for QList.

QTextLayout::additionalFormats setters and getters using QList<FormatRange> have
been deprecated; port to the QVector versions.
Moved op== definition for FormatRange needed in tst_qsyntaxhighlighter.cpp
to a friend declaration in FormatRange itself, because MSVC 2008 doesn't find
it otherwise.

The QTextLayout::FormatRange is larger than void* and thus should not be held in
QList. Use a QVector instead.
Other parts of Qt already hold FormatRanges in QVectors, so this also makes
handling FormatRanges more consistent.
To avoid ugly names for the getter which doesn't overload on return type alone),
rename the set of function to format (from additionalFormats).
[ChangeLog][QtGui][QTextLayout] Added QVector-based alternatives setFormat(),
format(), and clearFormat() to setAdditionalFormats(), additionalFormats(),
and clearAdditionalFormats(), resp.

Qt copyrights are now in The Qt Company, so we could update the source
code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to
point to qt.io.
Outdated header.LGPL removed (use header.LGPL21 instead)
Old header.LGPL3 renamed to header.LGPL3-COMM to match actual licensing
combination. New header.LGPL-COMM taken in the use file which were
using old header.LGPL3 (src/plugins/platforms/android/extract.cpp)
Added new header.LGPL3 containing Commercial + LGPLv3 + GPLv2 license
combination

The purpose of this change is to allow shaping complex
text while using QRawFont.
This is needed for WebKit so that we can switch to
using QRawFont everywhere and be more in line with
what other WebKit ports do.
Since this change slightly bends the aim of QRawFont,
let's reserve this for internal use for now.

line-number information, an extra blank line has been inserted at the
end of the license text to ensure that this commit does not change the
total number of lines in the license header.

In order to use the scene graph text node in TextInput, we
need enablers. Most of this is to enable selections,
which in turn means we need to be able to extract a certain
set of glyphs from a QTextLine.

We cannot use QTextCursor::MoveStyle enums in QTextLine because
QTextCursor is not a QObject, while referring to that enum in
Q_PROPERTY requires it to be. That's why we need to move the
enums in Qt namespace.

Bidi input can in some contexts be more intuitive if the cursor
works in visual way: pressing left arrow key always make cursor
move one character to the left regardless the language of text,
pressing right arrow key always make cursor move to the right.
It is also the behavior of Mac OS X. Based on the above reason
and requests from Symbian we implemented this support for visual
movement in BIDI text. 3 public properties are added to
QTextDocument, QTextLayout and QLineEdit respectively:
- QTextDocument::defaultCursorMoveStyle can be used to control
the cursor behavior in all widgets based on QTextDocument,
like QTextEdit, QPlainTextEdit, etc. When set to QTextCursor::
Visual, it will enable visual movement for all the cursors in
the corresponding text edit. Default is QTextCursor::Logical.
- QTextLayout::cursorMoveStyle is used for low-level cursor
manipulation. When set to Visual, it will enable visual movement
behavior for all the cursor related methods, including cursorToX,
xToCursor and drawCursor. Default is Logical.
- QLineEdit::cursorMoveStyle is used to control cursor movement
behavior in QLineEdit. Default is Logical.:
