Provide users with means to use more modern time/duration type.
Please note that since QTimer does not currently support
timeouts larger than 'int' milliseconds, the limit on how long
durations can be expressed, remains. This should not
be an issue in practice with network requests, as a typical
int32 system can express timeouts of ~24 days.

Ditto QNetworkAccessAuthenticationManager.
QSharedPointer performs twice as many atomic operations per pointer
copy as std::shared_ptr, and this is private API, we're not bound by
BC constraints, so we can port to the more efficient version.

Makes the QNetworkAccessBackendFactory a real interface to be used in
plugins. Requires exporting some classes but they're not made public
yet.
Removes unused features and functions.
Some things are likely still unused due to being specific for HTTP
but the HTTP network replies don't use this backend system.
Changes QNetworkAccessBackend to use a more traditional
read(char*, qint64) function for the "downloaded" data.
And an optional readPointer if supported. So far no backends have it
so it's somewhat useless, but it may be useful going forward.
If not it shall be deleted
Converts all current backends to the new setup
Easy enough, also gets rid of some unused functions.

Not following redirects is not a feature, but just a hastle for everyone.
The main issue with switching this default is that applications that
actually do manual redirect handling will break in various ways.
FollowRedirectsAttribute was removed as it no longer serves any
purpose beyond duplicating the default value.
[ChangeLog][Network] QNetworkAccessManager now follows redirects by
default with the NoLessSafeRedirectPolicy.

The connectivity pre-check has been around for a long time, and it has
caused various issues in that time. Certain scenarios, like using
certain VPN configurations, might confuse the OS into thinking you don't
have and network connectivity at all and abort the connection.
Especially noticeable/frustrating when the connection was going to a
host inside the local network.
The negative impact of this change would at worst be that we might try
to connect and it will wait some amount of time before the OS tells us
the connection failed in situations where it would previously have been
aborted before it started. But the false-negatives are not really an OK
sacrifice in that case.

HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) is a web security policy that
allows a web server to declare that user agents should only interact
with it using secure HTTPS connections. HSTS is described by RFC6797.
This patch introduces a new API in Network Access Manager to enable
this policy or disable it (default - STS is disabled).
We also implement QHstsCache which caches known HTTS hosts, does
host name lookup and domain name matching; QHstsHeaderParser to
parse HSTS headers with HSTS policies.
A new autotest added to test the caching, host name matching
and headers parsing.

This patch makes it possible to enable/disable redirects on QNAM
level (before it was per-request only). This policy would be applied
to all subsequent requests* created by QNAM.
The policies we support at the moment:
a. Manual - that's what we always had - it's up to a user to handle
redirects.
b. NoLessSafeRedirectsPolicy - we allow http->http, http->https and
https->https redirects, but no protocol 'downgrade' (no
https->http redirects).
c. SameOriginPolicy - we check that protocol/host/port are
the same.
Updated tst_qnetworkreply.
*We previously were enabling redirect for each request, by
setting FollowRedirectsAttribute on QNetworkRequest object.
For backward compatibility this attribute has a higher priority
(if set) than QNAM's policy (and it will work as NoLessSafeRedirectsPolicy).

This change adds support for BackgroundRequestAttribute to local file request. It is useful
when opening files located in network drives where the file open operation could take several
seconds to complete. When this attribute is activated the QNetworkAccessManager::get call
returns the reply immediately and the user has to wait until QNetworkReply::finished signal
is emitted or QNetworkReply::isFinished function returns true.

When handling signals from the session, a pointer is needed.
Also the QNetworkReplyImpl needs to access the manager's session.
So, the manager should have a strong and weak reference.
The strong reference is held during connection establishment.
The weak reference is held all the time, though it will become
null when the session is destroyed in idle.
The non static member function getNetworkSession() is used to
create strong references from the weak reference where required.

For bearer management to work correctly, we need to know when there
are no network replies active. Previously this was implemented
using qFindChildren, but that doesn't work when the user reparents
QNetworkReply.
QtWebkit does this (actually sets parent to 0).
Also the qFindChildren implementation was racy if multiple requests
were finished in parallel. Again, likely to be triggered by webkit
loading page elements.

The test was testing the wrong thing, and passing even though
QNetworkRequest::AuthenticationReuseAttribute was not being
respected, until recently when I fixed username/password in URLs
Now the cache is properly bypassed when this attribute is set to
manual, and the autotest is updated to check this.

As in the past, to avoid rewriting various autotests that contain
line-number information, an extra blank line has been inserted at the
end of the license text to ensure that this commit does not change the
total number of lines in the license header.
