Remove qt_poll_msecs() since the "forever" state can be simply expressed
with a QDeadlineTimer::Forever arg, instead of passing a nullptr
timespec, and the negative timeouts treated as "run forever" is also
encapsulated by QDealineTimer.
Use the QDealineTimer(qint64) constructor in the call sites where
the timeout could be negative, so that it creates a Forever timer (the
QDeadlineTimer(chrono::duration) constructor uses
setRemainingTime(duration) which handles negative timeouts by creating
expired timers).
Remove qt_gettime() (and do_gettime()).
Drive-by changes:
- Fix a narrowing conversion warning, qt_make_pollfd() takes an int
- Remove an unused include

As QNX claims to support abstract Unix-domain sockets, its getsockname
always returns for socket that has not been bound to local name
address_len of sun_path as maximum length (106) even when it does not
contain valid address.

Unix sockets do not suffer from SYN flood, thus the hardcoded value to
50 is size of the only queue to hold connections to be accepted,
resulting in dropped connections when the limit is reached.
On Windows the hardcoded value is 8, this patch changes the default to
50 matching UNIX.
[ChangeLog][QtNetwork][QLocalServer] Added setListenBacklogSize() to
be able to have control over the listen backlog feature.

Takes advantage of Linux's and Android's support for abstract namespace
when binding sockets, which is independent of the filesystem (see man
entry for unix domain sockets).
To make QLocalServer and QLocalSocket use an abstract socket address,
one needs to set the socket options to QLocalServer::AbstractNamespaceOption.

The pre-existing overload passes an int, but this can mean the
descriptor gets truncated in compilations where the descriptor
is 64-bit.
The old overload with int is visible when querying the metaobject system
so string-based connects still work as before, and connecting to it will
produce a deprecation warning in the output.
At the same time the PMF-based connect will, on recompile, pick the
QSocketDescriptor overload. As an added improvement it also comes with
the notification type, removing the need for separate slots where the
code would be mostly shared anyway.
The QSocketDescriptor type can be implicitly converted to and from
qintptr to ensure existing code still compiles. It can also be
constructed from Qt::HANDLE on Windows.
In this same patch I also update the existing string-based connects in
this module, which then includes updating the parameters for some slots
as well.
[ChangeLog][QtCore][QSocketNotifier] Added
QSocketNotifier::activated(QSocketDescriptor, QSocketNotifier::Type).
This replaces the activated(int) signal which in 64-bit environments
could truncate the socket descriptor. If you use "activated" with the
string-based connect() then you need to update the parameter type of the
signal and slot if it had one. If you use it with the pointer to member
function based connect() then all you need to do is update your slot's
parameter type if it has one. If you need to compile your source code
with multiple versions of Qt then connect() to this function using
pointer to member function and update the slot's parameter type if
needed.

POSIX API doesn't really have defined encoding and kernel works with
null-terminated byte strings (char *) without any knowledge about
encodings.
But usually applications use LANG (and LC_*) as encoding making it
possible to use any encoding user wishes, including full Unicode
support when UTF-8 is used.
This allows to create and listen to sockets with paths containing
non-latin characters.
eg. listen(QString("/run/υποδοχή"));

This avoids an extra division by 1000 when getting the current time.
This can't overflow, under normal circumstances, even on 32-bit: when
adding two values less than 1 billion, the result is less than 2

QLocalServer could only listen to sockets it created.
Thi is not always possible as sockets may be passed
by socketpair() or have to be created locally by
other means. This adds a similar feature to QLocalSocket
where a native descriptor maybe used.

There is a bug in CFSocket/CFRunLoopSource in OS X 10.7 which can lead to a deadlock
in CFRunLoopRemoveSource or CFRunLoopSourceInvalidate if the CFSocket manager thread
is concurrently calling CFSocketInvalidate as a result of the socket's file descriptor
having been closed.
QLocalServer::close() triggers this race by closing the socket fd before unregistering
the QSocketNotifier, which internally uses CFSocket.
This commit fixes the problem by changing the ordering in close() so that the socket notifier
is disabled before closing the file descriptor. This change also makes QLocalServer::close()
perform operations in reverse order to QLocalServer::listen(), as would be expected.
