To avoid detaches of these mutable Qt containers,
wrap the container in qAsConst().

QTcpServer::addPendingConnection() is protected, so it is possible to
add pending connections from a class derived from QTcpServer. This
derived class can get a QTcpSocket from somewhere else, in which case
d->socketEngine will not be set (or used). Given that it is possible to
add pending connections in this scenario, it would make sense to be able
to retrieve them as well.
[ChangeLog][QtNetwork][QTcpServer] Permit using a QTcpServer with
externally created QTcpSocket.

From Qt 5.7 -> LGPL v2.1 isn't an option anymore, see

Updated license headers to use new LGPL header instead of LGPL21 one
(in those files which will be under LGPL v3)

Currently, socket options setting is hardcoded in QTcpServer::listen()
function after the engine initialization and before a binding to the
address. This disallows a socket tuning in further QTcpServer inheritance.
Add a private virtual configureCreatedSocket() method that gives an
ability to set the socket options before listening.

Qt copyrights are now in The Qt Company, so we could update the source
code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to
point to qt.io.
Outdated header.LGPL removed (use header.LGPL21 instead)
Old header.LGPL3 renamed to header.LGPL3-COMM to match actual licensing
combination. New header.LGPL-COMM taken in the use file which were
using old header.LGPL3 (src/plugins/platforms/android/extract.cpp)
Added new header.LGPL3 containing Commercial + LGPLv3 + GPLv2 license
combination

more than once. Make the header guard match its file name.
Also, cpp files should include their own headers first (but below config.h)

We need to handle FD_CLOSE separately on Windows as this will be sent
only once. When we get FD_CLOSE we need to check if there is more data
available for reading. It there is this might indicate that there is
another FD_READ that we need to handle after the FD_CLOSE. So in this
case we will manually create another close event.

In two cases the pointer was being used before the null check, in a 3rd
case the null check was missing.
