These are useful as default implementations of
QPlatformIntegration::drag(), instead of having it return 0 which will
lead to crashes in Qt Quick 2 and widgets applications that use drag
and drop.

When users created a modal window in a dropEvent(QDropEvent* event),
the cursor was not restored to its original shape until after the modal
window had been dismissed.

This happened in cases when QDrag choose not to use a
pixmap to represent data in a drag and drop operation.
The chain that leads to QPainter errors begins in
QBasicDrag::startDrag() where we call setPixmap() with
Null pixmap, which later calls updateGeometry() which
leads to calling render() before the backing store
has been resized.

qApp->topLevelAt() returns the QShapedPixmapWindow that the DnD
operation created, but what we want is the QWidgetWindow.
QWidgetWindow has the code to handle QDragMove events.
In Qt4, QShapedPixmapWidget had a parent, so was never returned
by qApp->topLevelWidgets().
In Qt5 we must filter it out. Bug is visible in the QNX plugin,
which is the only user of QSimpleDrag.

Mostly straightforward, the a11y changes might look a bit drastic, but the
base class QAccessibleTextWidget was already disabled in this case, so we
have to obviously take out its sub-classes as well.

Implementation for Windows and X11.
Additional checks to figure out if new Drag&Drop cursors where set. This means it is possible now to keep QDrag object in your program and call setDragCursor() method every time we need to change cursor depending on context.

- Give QPlatformDrag a synchronous drag() function returning
the Qt::DropAction
- Move the base functionality for asynchronous event handling
to the platformsupport library as QBasicDrag (extendable base class
handling drag icon and providing new virtuals) and QSimpleDrag
(sample implementation for drag within the Qt application).
- Change the Windows implementation accordingly.
- Change XCB to be based on QBasicDrag.
- Clean up QDragManager.

As in the past, to avoid rewriting various autotests that contain
line-number information, an extra blank line has been inserted at the
end of the license text to ensure that this commit does not change the
total number of lines in the license header.

QtPlatformSupport is a static library. Platform plugins are meant to
link against this library to pull in dependencies such as fontengines
and convenience functions for finding the right GL configs. The linker
will only pull in the symbols used, so the size of the library doesn't
really matter
