Add a QFbScreen implementation that uses DRM dumb buffers and page
flipping, thus implementing a vsynced, double (triple) buffered plain
software platform plugin. Besides better supporting systems that by
now only do fbdev via (possibly buggy) emulation, this can also be an
enabler for implementing certain types of 2D accelerated compositors
e.g. for Wayland.
Enable with QT_QPA_FB_DRM=1. Right now there is no good way to
autodetect the support for dumb buffers early enough so the default is
always the traditional fbdev path.
Long-term this will also enable proper multi-display support like with
eglfs' DRM backends. Multiple QScreens are not yet reported currently
due to the single-screen limitations of fbconvenience.
The generic DRM code is shared with eglfs, meaning configuration
happens via the JSON file specified in QT_QPA_(EGLFS_)KMS_CONFIG. This
allows changing the screen resolution, disabling outputs, etc.
[ChangeLog][Platform Specific Changes][linuxfb] Added experimental
support for DRM dumb buffers. Enable by setting the environment
variable QT_QPA_FB_DRM to 1.

...unless the legacy behavior is requested via
QT_QPA_FB_FORCE_FULLSCREEN=0 or the platform plugin overrides
QFbScreen::flags() to return QFbScreen::DontForceFirstWindowToFullScreen.
The long pending asymmetry between eglfs and linuxfb is going to end
because with the increased focus on the integrated Qt Quick Software
backend the expectation for launching apps with -platform linuxfb is
to behave in the normal, eglfs style, embedded manner. Forcing every
app to handle this manually in QML is silly.
Widget applications also benefit since the old non-fullscreen main
window approach is pretty much never what is wanted (considering there
is no desktop and the content in the background is either garbage or
whatever was on the terminal).
However, not every fbconvenience-based platform wants this. For
example, vnc should remain with the old way where window sizes are not
altered. vnc therefore opts out via QFbScreen::flags().
bsdfb follows the linuxfb behavior.
[ChangeLog][Important Behavior Changes] The linuxfb and bsdfb platform
plugins now follow the behavior of eglfs by making the first window
fullscreen. This provides consistency and avoids applications having
to make their windows match the screen size manually. The new behavior
can be disabled by setting the environment variable
QT_QPA_FB_FORCE_FULLSCREEN=0.

privateFeature would add QT_NO_FEATURE to the DEFINES in the private
.pri file, which was somewhat inelegant.
Additionally, it would add the feature to the _public_ QT_CONFIG
variable, which was plain wrong.
Replace the implementation with the one just introduced for
publicFeature, with the difference that the features are written to the
private files instead.
As this entirely disposes of the old system, all usages in the project
files need to be replaced atomically as well.

Conflicts:
configure
5.7 now supports clang on android; but dev re-worked configure
src/gui/kernel/qevent.h
One side renamed a parameter of a constructor; the other added an
alternate constructor on the next line. Applied the rename to both
for consistency.
tests/auto/tools/moc/tst_moc.cpp
Each side added a new test at the end.
.qmake.conf
Ignored 5.7's change to MODULE_VERSION.
configure.json
No conflict noticed by git; but changes in 5.7 were needed for the
re-worked configure to accommodate 5.7's stricter handling of C++11.

Go back to the pipe-based signal handling. signalfd() introduces more harm than good
and is a regression for applications that install their own signal handlers.
Simplify the somewhat overcomplicated suspend (Ctrl+Z) logic too. There is no need for
requiring a callback. Just enable/disable the keyboard and cursor on suspend and resume
and emit the signals. Backends (like kms) may then perform additional steps, if they
choose to do so.

Start using signalfd where we can. Drop the crash (SIGSEGV, SIGBUS) handling completely.
The crash handling that was in place previously was not async-safe. It also prevented getting
a core dump. So just remove it. There is no safe solution for a single application process since
restoring the keyboard, video modes, etc. all need unsafe calls in the signal handler almost for sure.
We can however improve the handling of non-crash scenarios greatly:
Introduce support for SIGINT, allowing nicely and cleanly restoring the video
mode with the KMS backend when pressing Ctrl+C while QT_QPA_ENABLE_TERMINAL_KEYBOARD
is set.
Same goes for keyboard suspend (SIGTSTP, Ctrl+Z). When QT_QPA_ENABLE_TERMINAL_KEYBOARD is set,
platform plugins now have the possibility to act upon Ctrl+Z. As an example eglfs' KMS backend
is enhanced to handle this by restoring the video mode before suspending the process, and
reinitializing when brought into foreground again (SIGCONT).
SIGTERM is also handled. This is extremely handy when starting an application locally on the embedded
device and then kill-ing it via a remote ssh session. Keyboard and video mode is now cleanly restored.
Finally, when disabling the keyboard, try setting also KDSKBMUTE.

On embedded the mouse cursor will now appear and reappear regardless of
how the input handling code is loaded (via a generic plugin or compiled-in

Instead of passing around QDeviceDiscovery instances that only works
when compiling-in the code into the platform plugin, introduce a new
internal central QInputDeviceManager. The single instance of this
provides a place to store any future input device related signals and
properties.
Also introduce mouse hotplugging support to linuxfb.

hotplugging correctly with eglfs and linuxfb regardless of how the input
handling code is loaded (via a generic plugin or built in to the platform

Make it compatible with eglfs. The behavior is the same: By default
mouse, keyboard and touch will all be initialized and, when having
libudev support, discovered automatically. The environment variables
QT_QPA_FB_DISABLE_INPUT and QT_QPA_FB_TSLIB can be used to used to
disable the built-in input handlers and to force tslib instead of
evdev, respectively.
This allows embedded systems and applications to easily fall back
from eglfs to linuxfb on devices that are not rendering via OpenGL.
Dynamic hiding/showing of the mouse cursor is to be done separately,
here we provide the necessary device discovery hooks only.
[ChangeLog][QtGui] The linuxfb platform plugin's input device handling
is now compatible with eglfs. The evdev keyboard, mouse and touch code
is compiled in by default.

Updating the geometry and available geometry in two steps means that
QScreen will be in an inconsistent state when emitting the geometry
change signal, as the available geometry has not been updated yet.
Piggy-backing changes to the availableGeometry based on the virtual
geometry changing does not make sense, so we now tie geometry and
availableGeometry (and their size variants) to their own separate
geometryChanged and availableGeometryChanged signals.

A QPair<QRect, int> is larger than a void*, so better use
a vector to hold them.

Unify the behavior for eglfs, linuxfb and kms. The relevant code is
now moved from kms into fbconvenience.
From now on, on all three platforms, terminal keyboard input is turned
off by default. This feature can be disabled by setting
QT_QPA_ENABLE_TERMINAL_KEYBOARD to 1. This is similar to what the
evdev-based keyboard handler did in QWS in Qt4.
[ChangeLog][QtGui] The main Embedded Linux platform plugins (eglfs,
linuxfb, kms) are changed to behave identically with regards to
terminal keyboard input: it is turned off by default on all of these
platforms. If this feature is not desired, it can be disabled by
setting the environment variable QT_QPA_ENABLE_TERMINAL_KEYBOARD.
