explicitly for the modules that do not require the autogenerated cpp

A single QWindow is QGuiApplication::focusWindow() at a time, and this
window is typically also QWindow::isActive(), but other windows may also
be QWindow::isActive(). For example, we treat any sibling or ancestor
of the focusWindow as being QWindow::isActive() as well.
In addition, in the case of non-QWindow child windows, we may have to
query the platform for the activation state, which means we also need
a way for the platform to reflect changes in this state through QWSI.
The current API for this, QWSI::handleWindowActivated, is in practice
a focus window change API, so as a first step let's rename it to better
reflect what it's doing.

The Android QPA implementation requires a 1:1 link between a platform
window and a platform backing store, to correctly flush a backing
store to the screen. QAndroidPlatformBackingStore has a bool member
m_backingStoreSet, to remember if this link exists. It defaults to
false and is set to true, when setBackingStore() is called in the
constructor. It falsely remains true, when a platform window is
deleted, e.g. because a QWindow has been hidden. When the QWindow is
shown again, a new Android platform window is created. With
m_backingStoreSet still being true, this new platform window will
never be associated with a backing store. As a consequence, it will
never be displayed on the screen.
The 1:1 relationship of an Android platform window and an Android
backing store is neither ideal, nor in line with other QPA layers
(e.g. XCB). Changing the Android QPA implementation is complex and a
short term fix is necessary.
This patch removes the member m_backingStoreSet. Instead of it,
QAndroidPlatformBackingStore::flush() directly checks, if the platform
window corresponding to the QWindow argument is associated to a backing
store. If that is not the case, setBackingStore() is called.
QTBUG-97482 has been fixed with another approach, which this patch
reverts.

QWidget re-uses an existing backing store. Platform windows depend on
being associated to a backing store, in case they become toplevel
windows. If a platform window gets deleted and re-created each time it
is shown or hidden, it has to be manually associated to the re-used
backing store.
This patch partly reverts fbf0aeea7d3b38ced7a16fcd5c3e2e9b45536292.
It removes Android specific code from QWidgetPrivate::create(), which
has been added to suppress re-using backing stores in the absence of
the new API.

By default we disable screen blank and hide the cursor. This is something
inherited from Qt 4. Then reset to some default values when exiting.
This is not ideal when the system is configured with kernel parameters
like consoleblank=0 or vt.global_cursor_default=0.
So have a way to skip all tty voodoo. On systems where relevant,
one can now launch with QT_QPA_PRESERVE_CONSOLE_STATE=1 set.
[ChangeLog][Platform Specific Changes][Linux] Added an environment
variable QT_QPA_PRESERVE_CONSOLE_STATE that can be used to prevent
Qt from altering the tty screen and cursor settings when running
with platforms like linuxfb and eglfs.

Some modules define their own manually-maintained lists, and we can rely
on the headers generated by each module to include in the pch as well
e.g. QtCore/QtCore.
There's also e.g. QtWidgetDepends for QtWidgets, but this only
works for modules, not for tools, examples or other applications.
For now we'll use the Qt<Module>/Qt<Module> headers for the
modules we depend on.
Building with PCH can be disabled with -DBUILD_WITH_PCH=NO, and it only
works for versions of CMake newer than 3.15.20190829.

This reflects QWidget API, and restores some behavior from Qt4.
Some WM can have several state at the same time. On Plasma for example,
when a window is both maximized and minimized, the "maximized" checkbox
is checked from the taskbar entry.
The API of QPlatformWindow was changed to take a QFlag and the platform
plugins were adapted.
- On XCB: Always send the full state to the WM. And read the full state.
- On Windows: The code was originally written with '&' in Qt4, and was changed
to == when porting. Some adaptation had to be made so the states would be
preserved.
- On macOS: Only a single state can be set and is reported back for now,
with the possibly to expand this in the future.
- Other platforms: Just do as before with the effective state.

Add a QFbScreen implementation that uses DRM dumb buffers and page
flipping, thus implementing a vsynced, double (triple) buffered plain
software platform plugin. Besides better supporting systems that by
now only do fbdev via (possibly buggy) emulation, this can also be an
enabler for implementing certain types of 2D accelerated compositors
e.g. for Wayland.
Enable with QT_QPA_FB_DRM=1. Right now there is no good way to
autodetect the support for dumb buffers early enough so the default is
always the traditional fbdev path.
Long-term this will also enable proper multi-display support like with
eglfs' DRM backends. Multiple QScreens are not yet reported currently
due to the single-screen limitations of fbconvenience.
The generic DRM code is shared with eglfs, meaning configuration
happens via the JSON file specified in QT_QPA_(EGLFS_)KMS_CONFIG. This
allows changing the screen resolution, disabling outputs, etc.
[ChangeLog][Platform Specific Changes][linuxfb] Added experimental
support for DRM dumb buffers. Enable by setting the environment
variable QT_QPA_FB_DRM to 1.

The "rect cache" has been #if 0'd out for ever. Do not waste time on
maintaining a vector for nothing.
Change the screen image to be a normal member variable. There is no need
for extra heap allocations.

...unless the legacy behavior is requested via
QT_QPA_FB_FORCE_FULLSCREEN=0 or the platform plugin overrides
QFbScreen::flags() to return QFbScreen::DontForceFirstWindowToFullScreen.
The long pending asymmetry between eglfs and linuxfb is going to end
because with the increased focus on the integrated Qt Quick Software
backend the expectation for launching apps with -platform linuxfb is
to behave in the normal, eglfs style, embedded manner. Forcing every
app to handle this manually in QML is silly.
Widget applications also benefit since the old non-fullscreen main
window approach is pretty much never what is wanted (considering there
is no desktop and the content in the background is either garbage or
whatever was on the terminal).
However, not every fbconvenience-based platform wants this. For
example, vnc should remain with the old way where window sizes are not
altered. vnc therefore opts out via QFbScreen::flags().
bsdfb follows the linuxfb behavior.
[ChangeLog][Important Behavior Changes] The linuxfb and bsdfb platform
plugins now follow the behavior of eglfs by making the first window
fullscreen. This provides consistency and avoids applications having
to make their windows match the screen size manually. The new behavior
can be disabled by setting the environment variable
QT_QPA_FB_FORCE_FULLSCREEN=0.
