Remove the qmake project files for most of Qt.
Leave the qmake project files for examples, because we still test those
in the CI to ensure qmake does not regress.
Also leave the qmake project files for utils and other minor parts that
lack CMake project files.

This suppresses warnings for API that is deprecated. Gtk often marks API
like:
GDK_DEPRECATED_IN_3_22_FOR((gtk_menu_popup_at_widget, gtk_menu_popup_at_pointer, gtk_menu_popup_at_rect))
void gtk_menu_popup (GtkMenu *menu,
Which generates this (found with ICC, accidentally an error):
qgtk3menu.cpp(449): error #1786: function "gtk_menu_popup" (declared at line 138 of "/usr/include/gtk-3.0/gtk/gtkmenu.h") was declared deprecated ("Use '(gtk_menu_popup_at_widget, gtk_menu_popup_at_pointer, gtk_menu_popup_at_rect)' instead")
The warning is generated by GDK_DEPRECATED_IN_xxxx_FOR when
GDK_VERSION_MIN_REQUIRED is higher than xxxx. And by default,
unlike the Qt equivalent macros, the minimum version required
is equal to the current version.
The minimum version our support requires is 3.6, as we depend
on gtk_accel_label_set_accel, which was first introduced in
that version.

this migrates the cases where the build system already made (some) use
of variables (possibly) set by configure.

QGtk3Menu provides native stand-alone context menus, which is not
covered by the recently introduced QDBusPlatformMenu (limited to
global menubars and system trays).

The feature is called gtk3, so the naming of the CFLAGS/LIBS should reflect that.
At the same time, remove the unused QMAKE_LIBS_QGOBJECT variable.

Most libs use QMAKE_LIBS/CFLAGS, but some have other naming
conventions. Unify them into using QMAKE_LIBS/CFLAGS.

The major changes compared to the Gtk+ 2 version are:
* Everything is ported to modern Gtk/Gdk API.
* GtkFontChooserDialog is used instead of deprecated GtkFontSelectionDialog.
* Hiding buttons on dialogs (like OK/Cancel) is no longer supported, as it is
impossible to do that with dialogs using GtkHeaderBars.
* Some workarounds were added to the QGtk3Theme constructor to correctly work
with Gtk+ 3.
[ChangeLog][Platform Specific Changes] The Gtk+ platform theme has been ported
to Gtk+ 3.
