Even it was not marked as deprecated the replacement function initFrom()

Make QPair an alias for std::pair, and qMakePair just a forwarder
towards std::make_pair.
Why? Fundamentally to ditch a bunch of NIH code; gain for free
structured bindings, std::tuple and std::reference_wrapper
compatibility, and so on.
Breakages:
* Some that code manually forward declares QPair.
We don't care about it (<QContainerFwd> is the proper way).
* Some code that overloads on std::pair and QPair. Luckily
it's mostly centralized: debug, metatypes, testing macros.
Just remove the QPair overload.
* Usages of qMakePair forcing the template type parameters.
There are a handful of these in qtbase, but only one was actually
broken.
* std::pair is NOT (and will never likely be) trivially copiable.
This is agreed to be a mistake done by practically all implementations
in C++11, can can't be fixed without breaking ABI.
Some code using QPair assuming it's trivially copiable may break;
exactly one occurrence was in qtbase.
* QMetaType logic extracts the type names in two different ways,
one by looking at the source code string (e.g. extracted by moc)
and one via some ad-hoc reflection in C++. We need to make
"QPair" (as spelled in the source code) be the same as "std::pair"
(gathered via reflection, which will see through the alias)
when compared. The way it's already done e.g. for QList is
by actually replacing the moc-extracted name with the name
of the actual type used in C++; do the same here.
On libc++, std::pair is actually in an inline namespace --
i.e. std::__1::pair; the reflection will extract and store
"std::__1::pair" so we need an ad-hoc fix to QMetaType.
[ChangeLog][QtCore][QPair] QPair is now an alias to std::pair,
and does not exist as a class in Qt any more. This may break
code such as functions overloaded for both QPair and std::pair.
Usually, the overload taking a QPair can be safely discarded,
leaving only the one taking a std::pair. QPair API has not changed,
and qMakePair is still available for compatibility (although
new code is encouraged to use std::pair and std::make_pair
directly instead).

The code for doing that existed in the QListWidget::dropEvent override,
and was only using standard itemview APIs to adjust the selection model.
There is no reason why dropping items internally in a QListView
should not do the exact same thing.
As part of moving the code from QListWidget to QListView, replace QList
with QVector, and other minor optimizations.
[ChangeLog][QtWidgets][QListView] Moving selected items within a list
view by drag'n'drop will maintain the selection of those items.

When doing a shift-select while moving the mouse then the start point
should be based on the start of the current selection and not the
pressed position. If there is no current selection start index, then
we can safely depend on pressed position as this will be the previous
index pressed on.

When topLeft and bottomRight are different in QAIV::dataChanged(), the
current implementation simply calls QWidget::update() without checking
if the affected cells are visible. This results in a big performance hit
when cells are updated frequently.
Now try to compute the exact update rect by iterating through the
modified indexes.

When an item gets removed from QTableWidget, the dataChanged() signal
is sent out with an invalid index. This triggers a complete repaint
which is not needed since only one cell is changed.
Fix it by retrieving the model index *before* the internal structure is
cleaned for the given item since otherwise index() will no longer find
the item and return an invalid index.

Rather than protecting the calls with checks on rowCount/columnCount,
remove the Q_ASSERTs altogether: they're trying to do some

When interpreting the data, take into account that each iteration
contains _also_ a deep copy of the QStringList d/t the detach from
'input'.
The pattern is used elsewhere in Qt, so I've put the class that
implements the seen set into a private header file and used in some
other places I found.

I made a clazy automated check that replaced the use of QVariant::Type
by the equivalent in QMetaType.
This has been deprecated since Qt 5.0, but many uses were not yet removed.
In addition, there was some manual changes to fix the compilation errors.
Adapted the Private API of QDateTimeParser and QMimeDataPrivate
and adjust QDateTimeEdit and QSpinBox.
QVariant(QVariant::Invalid) in qstylesheet made no sense.
But note that in QVariant::save, we actually wanted to use the non-user type.
In the SQL module, many changes were actually reverted because the API
still expects QVarient::Type.

QComboBox::setItemDelegate() does delete the old delegate which is in
constrast to all other setItemDelegate() functions which is quite
confusing. Sync in by *not* deleting the delegate in
QComboBox::setItemDelegate() and adjust the documentation to explicitly
state that the ownership is *not* passed to the affected classes.
[ChangeLog][QtWidgets][QComboBox] QComobBox::setItemDelegates no longer
deletes the previous delegate set.

The dragging icon is created from the visible items in the
selection. It would be clipped to the parts visible in the
viewport. That meant that items on the edge could be rendered
illegible, even though they were part of what was being dragged.
Fix by dropping the horizontal clipping to the viewport. Items fully
outside the viewport are already filtered away, so this should at most
make a difference to the bottom and/or top items in the set.
Keep the vertical clipping, since items may easily be very wide, so an
unclipped icon would be unwieldy.
