Before actually deleting QTreeWidgetItems from QTree{Model,Widget{,Item}} dtors,
their 'view' members need to be set to nullptr, lest they attempt to delist
themselves from the list of top-level items.
For the QTreeModel::headerItem, this was forgottten.

Move the code from QtWidgets/QFileIconEngine into a new class with
virtuals in QtPlatformSupport so that platforms can reuse it.
Prototypically use the class in the Windows and macOS QPA plugins.
Remove QPlatformTheme::fileIconPixmap() and change the type
of the hint QPlatformTheme::IconPixmapSizes from QList<int>
to QList<QSize> so that it fits better with the icon code.

file for usage by QFileIconProvider, etc.
Fall back to fileIconPixmap() if fileIcon() returns a null icon.
This allows for supporting XDG theme icons and Qt Quick applications
accessing file icons.

Conflicts:
configure
5.7 now supports clang on android; but dev re-worked configure
src/gui/kernel/qevent.h
One side renamed a parameter of a constructor; the other added an
alternate constructor on the next line. Applied the rename to both
for consistency.
tests/auto/tools/moc/tst_moc.cpp
Each side added a new test at the end.
.qmake.conf
Ignored 5.7's change to MODULE_VERSION.
configure.json
No conflict noticed by git; but changes in 5.7 were needed for the
re-worked configure to accommodate 5.7's stricter handling of C++11.

QLineEdit::setText() emits QLineEdit::textChanged(), which is
connected to QComboBox::editTextChanged(). When a user slot
connected to editTextChanged() sets QComboBox::editable to
false, the line edit will be deleted in setEditable() and
when control returns to QComboBoxPrivate::setCurrentIndex(),
the formerly non-null 'lineEdit' has changed to nullptr,
leading to a nullptr dereference when attempting to set the
completionPrefix on lineEdit->completer().
Fix by re-checking 'lineEdit' after returning from the
QLineEdit::setText() call.

We should not remember the wrong undocked geometry. If the dockwidget is not floating,
the geometry is not relative to the global coordinate, it makes no sense to store it.

"GUI application" is quite confusing, because in fact, these models
are part of QtWidgets and thus require QApplication instead of
QGuiApplication.

The new modular configuration system requires one global
header per module, that is included by all other files in
this module.
That header will later on #include the configuration file
for Qt Widgets. For now it defines the Q_WIDGETS_EXPORT
macro for this library.

The file lives in Qt Gui, but declares a few methods from
Qt Core and Widgets. All of those methods are actually mostly
unused, not documented and pretty trivial.
This patch removes the last few places the methods got used and
removes the declarations. The implementations should get removed
in a future release.
