Move-assign uses qSwap to exchange the private pointer and thus can
extend the lifetime of sensitive data. The move assignment operator
is changed so it releases the private data as soon as possible.
[ChangeLog][QtNetwork][QSslKey] Key data is cleared as soon as
possible when move-assigning.

This provides the ability to read from a Markdown string or file into
a QTextDocument, such that the formatting will be recognized and can be
rendered.
- Add QTextDocument::setMarkdown(QString)
- Add QTextEdit::setMarkdown(QString)
- Add TextFormat::MarkdownText
- QWidgetTextControl::setContent() calls QTextDocument::setMarkdown()
if that's the format

Something nice we'd like to detect for array-backed containers
is if the iterator passed is a Contiguous one; if the type is also
trivially copyable / Q_PRIMITIVE_TYPE, we could memcpy() the whole
range.
However, there's no trait in the Standard to detect contiguous
iterators (the best approximation would be detecting if the iterator
is actually a pointer). Also, it's probably not smart to do the work
now for QVector since QVector needs refactoring anyhow, and this work
will be lost.
QString and QByteArray are left in another commit.

This patch ensures that installed files are written to physical disk
before the 'cache.version' file is written.
QtLoader.java uses the 'cache.version' file written during
self-installation to indicate whether re-installation is necessary.
The 'cache.version' file, however, was being written at the start of
installation, so its existence merely indicated that the installation
was attempted. In the case of power loss during installation, the
existence of 'cache.version' would prevent retrying installation on the
next launch, so the bad installation was irrecoverable.
[ChangeLog][Android] Fixed an issue where an application installation
would be irrecoverably broken if power loss or a crash occurred during
its first initialization run.

Usually, when you load a plugin, you don't want to load just any plugin
that fulfills a given interface, but rather a specific one. When loading
dynamic plugins you can differentiate the plugins by file name. This
doesn't work in the static case, and file names are also separate from
the plugin metadata shipped inside the plugin files.
To solve this problem, different hacks have been developed in various
places. QML extension plugins add a special property "uri" via the -M
option of moc, QML debug plugins expect you to add a json file with
an array of "Keys", Qt Creator plugins have a "Name" in their json
files, etc.
By allowing the identifier for the plugin to be specified inline with
the metadata declaration we can make many of the above workarounds
obsolete and provide a clean way for users to find their plugins.

QTableView drew additional grid lines on the top and left side when
the corresponding header was not visible and the ScrollMode was
ScrollPerItem. After 8f2bacea41443af8564ff78f284016b6615a001b they were
also drawn for ScrolPerPixel for consistency. But they are not needed at
all and only create visual artifacts.
Therefore remove the drawing of the additional lines completely.

Ctrl+End moves the visual index to the bottom left index. This does not
work correctly when the item in the bottom left is disabled. It should
be fixed with 7863be311570fa219066df5fe8720d5b92ddb680 but does not due
to a typo.
Fix the typo by using the newly calculated visualColumn instead the
initial column.
There are cases where the algorithm still does not work as expected when
there are more disabled items but fixing them would add a lot of
complexity with no (much) gain.

QMetaObject::newInstance returns a QObject, thus it's not possible to
create a new instance of a Q_GADGET using this function. Previously, we
returned a non-null QObject pointer for such scenarios, which then
leads to crashes when one tries to use it. Now, we check whether the
meta object inherits QObject's meta object, and error out early
otherwise.

QCollator was using the default-constructed QLocale() as its default;
this locale's default was the system locale; however, that didn't pay
any attention to system settings for collation such as Unix's
environment variable LC_COLLATE or the MS-Win LOCALE_SSORTLOCALE
configuration option.
Teach the system locale back-ends to look up their relevant settings,
add QLocale::collation() as a channel via which to access that and
change no-parameter construction of QCollator to a separate
implementation (rather than the constructor taking QLocale having a
default) using it.
[ChangeLog][QtCore][QLocale] The system locale now knows what to use
for collation, QLocale::system().collation().
[ChangeLog][QtCore][QCollator] The default QCollator now uses the
system's collation locale, rather than the system locale itself.

Includes a fixup for 03fadc26e7617aece89949bc7d0acf50f6f050a9, which
removed the check on empty transition list, needed when no data are
available. Ensured that such a data-free zone would in fact be
noticed as invalid during init().
Fixed handling of times before the epoch (we still want to consult a
POSIX rule, if that's all that's available) while ensuring we (as
documented) ignore DST for such times.
Fixed handling of large times (milliseconds since epoch outside int
range) when looking up POSIX rules. Gave QTimeZonePrivate a YearRange
enum (to be moved to QTimeZone once this merges up to dev) so as to
eliminate a magic number (and avoid adding another). Moved
year-munging in POSIX rules after the one early return, which doesn't
need the year range.
Added test-cases for the distant past/future (just checking UTC's
offsets; SLES has a minimal version of the UTC data-file that triggers
the bugs fixed here for them).

/GM at one point apparently was set by default for debug builds. However,
nowaways it's officially deprecated and even generates a warning in
Visual Studio 2019; so we don't have to 'unset' it specifically anymore.

We were using low precision dx/dy for calculating the starting point which
meant we could be off when clipping at high scale factors.

This allows tools that look for matching `foo_entry/exit` pairs in the
trace data to work properly. An unmatched `_entry` would otherwise
confuse them, making them think that the call stack is continuously
increasing.

Additionally, we also add a Q_TRACE_EXIT which runs a trace point when
the scope is exited, leveraging qScopeGuard behind the scenes.
Q_TRACE_SCOPE uses Q_TRACE_EXIT internally - the difference is that
the _SCOPE version enforces the naming scheme of _entry / _exit for the
tracepoints, whereas Q_TRACE_EXIT can be used generically.

This allows us to deduce a lot about what a Qt application is doing,
since the debug output usually contains a lot of information.

This patch fixes compilation with `-trace lttng` or `-trace etw`. We
need to forward declare QEvent, QImageReader etc., otherwise the types
will be unknown while compiling the trace points.
In order to handle this generically, the tracegen utility is extended
to support a 'prefix text' in the `*.tracepoints` input files. Any
text within curly braces will be embedded as-is in the generated file.
This can then be used to add forward declarations for the types we
need, including potential namespaces and such.
