Add an operator QVariant() to QRegExp to keep things at source compatible
as possible.
Add a hack to QVariant::load/save() to recognize the old typeid
for QRegExp and stream them correctly as long as the streaming operators
for QRegExp are registered.
Also move the datastream test for QRegExp to tst_qregexp, and adjust it to
the qvariant changes.

This fills the gap left by QWidgetStar, making the sequence
between FirstCoreType and LastCoreType contiguous, which some
benchmarks assume to be true anyway.

This allows us to remove the odd hacks to get the static metaobject
for the QWidget* metatype.
The QWidget* is still an automatic metatype thanks to the QObject
partial template specialization. It is registered as a metatype
at runtime automatically in qwidgetsvariant.cpp.
