The boundingRect and controlPointRect did not use the start point from
the `QPainterPath(const QPointF &startPoint)` constructor until the
`dirtyBounds` or `dirtyControlBounds` member variables were set to true.
Those two are false on construction. This bug was fixed by adding a new
constructor for QPainterPathPrivate that initializes the `elements`,
`bounds` and `controlBounds` member variables with the start point from
the constructor.
There is also an autotest to verify that the top left of the
boundingRect and controlPointRect are at the same position as
elementAt(0) when the start point constructor is used.
[ChangeLog][QtGui][QPainterPath] boundingRect() and controlPointRect()
now use the start point from QPainterPath(const QPointF &startPoint).

Add the boilerplate standalone test prelude to each test, so that they
can be opened with an IDE without the qt-cmake-standalone-test script,
but directly with qt-cmake or cmake.
Boilerplate was added using the following scripts:
https://git.qt.io/alcroito/cmake_refactor
Manual adjustments were made where the code was inserted in the wrong
location.

The test used to trigger a lot of QWARN messages; these are clearly
intended, so tell QTest to expect them, so that we get an error here
if those warnings ever don't show up.
Incidentally tidy up a comment and convert a != verify to a
QCOMPARE_NE(), since it's now available to do that job.

In the process, clean up the building of the data tags: use a
range-for loop, albeit we do need an index to show in tags; show it
and the angle in the tags using addRow()'s easier formatting. Change
the low angle tests to show the sign of the angle (which is how they
differ)rather than just labeling them 1 and 2.

fillRule() contained a major blunder: instead of checking if the
d-pointer was allocated, and return a default value if it wasn't,
it checked whether the path contained any points. This means that
QPainterPath p;
p.setFillRule(x);
Q_ASSERT(p.fillRule() == x);
was failing.
As a drive-by to test this change, fix another mistake in clear():
clear is documented to clear the elements in a path, but instead
it also changed the fill rule.
This commit partially reverses 697910e5fbd382e78bc1bcbac3f5824aded059b4.

One of our compilers for emscripten coerces all signaling NaNs to
quiet ones, so won't do any actual signaling. Anyone relying on them
to do so shall be disappointed, so it's better that they know about it
at compile-time - or, at least, have the ability to find it out.
Put the signaling NaN producers (and remaining (test) code using them)
under the control of a feature that's disabled when numeric_limits
claims double has no signaling NaN. Assume the bootstrap library
doesn't need signaling NaNs. Sadly, until C++20 <bit>, there's no
contexpr way to test that alleged signalling and quiet NaNs are
actually distinct.
Added some auto-tests for signaling NaN, including that it's distinct
from quiet NaN. Any platform on which the last fails should disable
this feature.

The newly introduced clear() method left the path in an undefined
state: d_ptr allocated, but no elements. The elements vector is
otherwise never empty, since ensureData() inserts a dummy initial
moveTo element.
Fix by making sure that clear() leaves the path in the same state as
ensureData() (i.e. "empty" but not "null"), except possibly more
capacity allocated in the elements vector.

This allows anticipating and reusing internal allocations of
QPainterPathElements instead of using the common `m_myPath = QPainterPath{}` pattern.
[ChangeLog][QtGui][QPainterPath] Added clear(), reserve(), capacity().
clear() removes allocated QPainterPath elements but preserves allocated memory, which can be
useful for application with complex paths that are often recreated. reserve() and capacity()
follow QVector semantics.
