In the process actually handle all time-spec cases in various places
that only handled UTC or LocalTime, or at least note that they don't
where that's not practical. Also tidy up header ordering and ensure
QDateTime's header is included wherever it's used, while adding the
include for QTimeZone where needed.

This is semantic patch using ClangTidyTransformator:
auto QtContainerClass = expr(hasType(namedDecl(hasAnyName(<classes>)))).bind(o)
makeRule(cxxMemberCallExpr(on(QtContainerClass),
callee(cxxMethodDecl(hasAnyName({"count", "length"),
parameterCountIs(0))))),
changeTo(cat(access(o, cat("size"), "()"))),
cat("use 'size()' instead of 'count()/length()'"))
a.k.a qt-port-to-std-compatible-api with config Scope: 'Container'.
<classes> are:
// sequential:
"QByteArray",
"QList",
"QQueue",
"QStack",
"QString",
"QVarLengthArray",
"QVector",
// associative:
"QHash",
"QMultiHash",
"QMap",
"QMultiMap",
"QSet",
// Qt has no QMultiSet

Complete search and replace of QtTest and QtTest/QtTest with QTest, as
QtTest includes the whole module. Replace all such instances with
correct header includes. See Jira task for more discussion.

... and move toString() implementations there which were repeated in
network tests, or #ifdef'ed in qtest.h.
Since the functions moved from network tests are now in a public header,
had to massage them a bit to pass headersclean:
- replace Q_FOREACH with C++11 range-for
- avoid implicit conversion from QByteArray -> const char* (done by
re-using toString(QByteArray) instead of calling strdup() manually)
Also made the functions overloads instead of specializations. This
allows to pass the enum by value instead of by const-&.
Like the existing QHostAddress, the newly-added toString() overloads are
marked as \internal. We can decide later whether to turn them into
public API.

- Replace Q[TRY]_VERIFY(smartPointer == 0) by

- Replace Q[TRY]_VERIFY(a == b) by Q[TRY]_COMPARE(a, b) and
add casts where necessary. The values will then be logged

Qt copyrights are now in The Qt Company, so we could update the source
code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to
point to qt.io.
Outdated header.LGPL removed (use header.LGPL21 instead)
Old header.LGPL3 renamed to header.LGPL3-COMM to match actual licensing
combination. New header.LGPL-COMM taken in the use file which were
using old header.LGPL3 (src/plugins/platforms/android/extract.cpp)
Added new header.LGPL3 containing Commercial + LGPLv3 + GPLv2 license
combination

Url encoding of paths is no longer used. This matches the
current release behaviour of Firefox, Chrome and MSIE browsers.
RFC6265 does not allow this type of encoding.
This fixes remaining path test cases in the IETF test suite.
Currently the path0027 test is passed by Firefox but failed by
Chrome and MSIE, so there is a potential compatibility issue.
However it is a corner case with a malformed cookie.

The ';' separator takes priority even inside a quoted string.
Quotation marks have no special meaning, they are not parsed and
regenerated anymore. This means it is not possible to include
the ';' character inside a cookie value.
Other characters are returned transparently, including [",\]

most popular browsers do even though the RFC still reserves them for future uses.

end of the license text to ensure that this commit does not change the
