Remove the qmake project files for most of Qt.
Leave the qmake project files for examples, because we still test those
in the CI to ensure qmake does not regress.
Also leave the qmake project files for utils and other minor parts that
lack CMake project files.

Avoids ASAN warning of ODR violation:
SUMMARY: AddressSanitizer: odr-violation: global 'typeinfo name for
QSocketEngineHandler' at ../../../../../src/network/socket/qabstractsocketengine.cpp
This trick has not been needed since we got Q_AUTOTEST_EXPORT. The main .pro
file has:
requires(qtConfig(private_tests))

qabstractsocketengine.cpp was changed to explicitly include its header
moc file, which works with AUTOMOC, but doesn't with qmake.
The header file needs to be explicitly listed in the HEADERS variable.

Since the direct .moc inclusion was added for cmake, we need to make the
_p.h visible to qmake via HEADERS so that qmake can also see this.

This required adding some feature entries, and adding
{private,public}Feature to every referenced already existing entry.
