The density of Q_FOREACH uses in this and some other modules is still
extremely high, too high for anyone to tackle in a short amount of
time. Even if they're not concentrated in just a few TUs, we need to
make progress on a global QT_NO_FOREACH default, so grab the nettle
and stick to our strategy:
Mark the whole of Qt with QT_NO_FOREACH, to prevent new uses from
creeping in, and whitelist the affected TUs by #undef'ing
QT_NO_FOREACH locally, at the top of each file. For TUs that are part
of a larger executable, this requires these files to be compiled
separately, so add them to NO_PCH_SOURCES (which implies
NO_UNITY_BUILD_SOURCES, too).
In tst_qglobal.cpp and tst_qcollections.cpp change the comment on the
#undef QT_NO_FOREACH to indicate that these actually test the macro.

All of these fall into the trivial category: loops over (readily made)
const local containers. As such, they cannot possibly depend on the
safety copy that Q_FOREACH performs, so are safe to port as-is to
ranged for loops.
There may be more where these came from, but these were the ones that
stood out as immediately obvious when scanning the 100s of uses in
qtbase, so I preferred to directly fix them over white-listing their
files with QT_NO_FOREACH (which still may be necessary for some files,
as this patch may not port all uses in that file).

Manual adjustments were made where the code was inserted in the wrong

We've been requiring C++17 since Qt 6.0, and our qAsConst use finally
starts to bother us (QTBUG-99313), so time to port away from it
now.
Since qAsConst has exactly the same semantics as std::as_const (down
to rvalue treatment, constexpr'ness and noexcept'ness), there's really
nothing more to it than a global search-and-replace, with manual
unstaging of the actual definition and documentation in dist/,
src/corelib/doc/ and src/corelib/global/.

CUPS has a feature called printer instances that allows saving
different sets of default options for a single print queue,
s. section "Creating Saved Options" at [1].
A printer instance can be set up using e.g.
lpoptions -p printer/instance -o name=value
The printer instance is then listed with the print
queue name and the instance name separated by a slash
in the 'lpstat -e' output.
Qt also supports CUPS printer instances and displays
them using the same as printer names.
However, tst_QPrinterInfo::getPrintersFromSystem was
previously truncating the printer name at the slash,
so the comparison of printer names on a system that
has CUPS printer instances set up would fail e.g. as follows:

The vast majority of in-tree users pass simple and short C string
literals as the value. By porting to QByteArrayView, we document that
we'll accept non-NUL-terminated data, and do the NUL-termination
internally, using SSO'ed std::string, saving memory allocations in the
common case of short strings.
I didn't bother to check which direction std::string takes for
nullptrs these days (there was a change accepted in that area for
C++20 or 23), so play it safe and protect against them.

tst_qprinterinfo compared the output of "lpstat -p" with the
result of a call to "cupsGetDests". "lpstat -p" only returns local

The unit tests of QPrinter assume that a printer which is default-
initialized is the same printer as the default printer. However, when
no printer is set to default, this is not the case. When no printer
is the default printer, a default-initialized QPrinter will be the
first printer found.
This patch adapts the unit tests to work also when no printer is the
default printer, even though printers are available.

Merging QAbstractPrintDialog with QPrintDialog, as proposed in the
removed comment, seems to have little value, given that the platform
specific implementations rely on the current abstraction.
Adjust examples and tests; with the QAbstractPrintDialog test now
testing the QPrintDialog::options API, the corresponding test function
can be removed from the QPrinter test.

The CreationDate entry in the two PDF files can potentially
be different depending on when the test is run.
97b4c5a5746a33a27076d72ceb3533fbd54b9642 already accounts for it but
the current tag for creation date is '/CreationDate'. Therefore check
if the line contains 'CreationDate' instead.

When the page size was not valid on the new printer, it would end up
having the wrong page size name on the new printer. What should happen
in this case is that it should set the originally set page size as a
custom page size on the printer instead.

Instead of an unconditional wait.
The QSKIP is necessary because the PDF format is non-native and the Windows
implementation of QPrintDialog doesn't work then.
The macOS implementation has the same warning, so add the check for that OS
as well.
The test has previously passed, since it hasn't seen not actually opening the
dialog as an issue.

English for the output, so we can ensure that the test will pass
regardless of the language used for the machine.

now uses a temporary directory. Add a few cases
