dom: make QmlFile aware of its laziness
Make QmlFile aware of its laziness and make it populate itself
when its getters are being used.
Introduce a new struct QmlFileLazy that contains the lazy members of
qmlfile, and a getter lazyMembers() that ensures that the lazy members
are populated before accessing them.
