The design of the garbage collector is described in
src/qml/memory/design.md.
The gc and gcdone test helpers are adjusted to drive the gc to
completion, even when in incremental mode.
Parts of tst_qv4mm and tst_qqmlqt need to run with the incremental gc
disabled, as they call gc inside QML and assumes that the GC finishes
before returning.

On android and on some other platforms, the upper bits of a pointer are
significant. We need to store them in our JS value encoding. Shift the
bits around to make this happen.
We now can store pointers of up to 57 bits. That's enough for everything
we've seen so far.

We need to preserve them as they notify us about protoId related
changes. In order to avoid wasting heap space in case many properties
are added and removed from the same object, we put a mechanism in place
to rebuild the InternalClass hierarchy if many redundant transitions are
detected.

This way it actually generates interesting data about the JavaScript
types, for example the functions of the String prototype. Add a helper
method to create a symbol to QJSEngine. This should be generally useful.

The model types are not part of the core QML runtime and should only be
loaded if you explicitly import them. We cannot enforce that in Qt5 as
some of them are available from the QtQml import, but we can change it
in Qt6.

Technically UINT_MAX is actually a valid array index, although that is
an academic problem right now. However, we do have a method
isArrayIndex() and should just use that to determine if a PropertyKey is
an array index.

PropertyKey::asArrayIndex has a hole at UINT_MAX, so make isArrayIndex
have the same hole.

The old advanceIterator schema was extremely ugly and in addition
not flexible enough to support the requirements for Proxy.ownKeys
and some of the methods in Object
Implemented a new scheme through a OwnPropertyKeys method in the
Object VTable that creates and returns an iterator object. Ported
QJSValueIterator and for-in to use the new mechanism.
There's still many places where we use the old ObjectIterator (that
relies on advanceIterator). Those will be ported in subsequent
commits.

This will replace Identifier over the next few commits.
The advantage of PropertyKey is that it can be stored on
the JS stack, so that a GC run won't accidentally clean
up the string/symbol referenced by the key.
