Doc: Clean up visible link names and fix linking issues
The use of '(embedded Linux)' in the link texts was a remnant from
the time when embedded Android was also supported.
This commit removes those strings, and converts \target commands to
\keywords - this results in better linking (a keyword links to the
top of the page, a target links to an anchor that's not clearly tied
to any element).
