Doc: Update 'All Qt Modules' page for Qt 5.15

- Link to Qt PDF (Technology Preview)
- Move Qt Lottie Animation and Qt Quick 3D out of Tech Preview and
  list them as modules available under GPLv3/Commercial license.
- Link to Qt for MCUs
