docs: MediaPlayer error -> errorOccurred; redundant handler notes

Amends 8d0cd064a0272b0d7a005738f0a08c5e3b8e7281 in which the error
signal was renamed to errorOccurred.  It also turns out that qdoc is
emitting notes about the corresponding handler names, so we don't need
to add them explicitly.

Removed docs for paused(), stopped(), and playing().
