Adjust API of QAudio::convertVolume() to use floats
Make it compatible with QAudioInput/Output::setVolume() which
also uses floats.
While at it, fix the volume setting in the player example to
work correctly with [0,1] ranges (it used to be [0,100] in Qt 5).
