Apply more straight logic for handling recording errors

We don't stop initialization of the recorder if stream
initialization got failed, we just emit an error instead.
If no strerams have been found we set the recorder to stopped state.

The patch makes the logic explicit, whereas the previous implementation
did the same in not clear way.
