JNI: unify JNI type declarationsHEADdev

Move the JNI class declarations into the private qandroidcameraframe,
and include that where needed if it isn't already. Declare array types
as an alias to QJniArray<DeclaredClass>, and simplify some of the
manual loop unwrapping code.

This removes the last usage of Q_DECLARE_JNI_TYPE in this repository.
