GStreamer: fully stop elements before removing
We should null the dynamically allocated elements before removing them
from the player pipelines.
This fixes a critical error/crash when these elements are still
referenced by in-flight GstMessage, which crash
setSource_silentlyCancelsPreviousCall_whenServerDoesNotRespond
