GStreamer: QGstPipeline - remove flushOnConfigChange logicHEADdev

`setFlushOnConfigChanges` was used to flush the pipeline whenever the
configuration changes. This was done to get track changes immediately
after playback started. However we can do that explicitly from the
QGstreamerMediaPlayer without affecting each pipeline modification. This
should make the codebase a little more robust, since flushing the
pipeline caused some issues in the past.
