CMake: Port the open62541 plugin to OpenSSL
Open62541 v1.1 has been extended with an OpenSSL based security plugin.
This change removes the mbedTLS dependency for the CMake build of the
open62541 plugin and uses FindWrapOpenSSL.cmake to detect security support.
The bundled open62541 amalgamation build contains the changes from

[ChangeLog][open62541 plugin] Security support now uses OpenSSL instead of mbedTLS
