Include only available modules in bic tests
Previously tstBic created a global.pro file from all the modules listed
in global.cfg. This didn't check if those modules were actually compiled
and resulted in tst_Bic::initTestCase() failing with warnings:
"Project ERROR: Unknown module(s) in QT: XXXX\n"
"'incPaths.size() > 0' returned FALSE. (Parse INCPATH failed.)"
This change adds qtHaveModule() guard for the tested modules.
