CodeCoverage: Add script to convert a xml report into html files.
Add a script to convert and split a xml report generated by testcocoon to
html reports.
Add a step in coveragerunnner_testcocoon.pl to generate the html reports using
the newly added xml2html_testcocoon.pl.
